Enhanced Staffing, Inc. was founded in 2017 by Geoff Eckert (Bachelor of Arts – Communication Studies, California State University, Sacramento) a staffing professional who has worked for over 17 years as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, Sr. Account Executive and as the Northwest Energy Divisional Practice Lead for the largest Staffing Firm in the United States and the 4th largest in the world. Consistently one of the top producers in a highly competitive company and industry, Geoff owes his success to a relentless work ethic, positive attitude and elevated level of service to his clients, candidates and co-workers. Before leaving his past firm, Geoff’s clients rated his work “World Class” through company surveys administered by Inavero.
With a diverse recruiting and sales background, Geoff hit four consecutive sales contests at his former employer, selling and leading a team of recruiters supporting contract engineering services for the Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electronics and Medical Device industries. He was then asked to sell staffing services to the Energy Industry and hit 6 additional sales contests through building long-term relationships within the Power Engineering and Renewable Energy sectors. While working in the Energy staffing industry, Geoff gained experience leading teams that would staff over 300 construction workers for EPC firms building Utility Scale Solar projects in remote locations. This diverse experience has helped Geoff gain the knowledge and skills it takes to fill positions from an Embedded Software Engineer for an Electronics firm, an Electrical Engineer P.E. for a Power Engineering firm to a “bags on” Superintendent running a construction project for an EPC company.
